The original delivery service driver claimed they could not deliver because of our 1,600 foot driveway. It has never stopped moving vans or much larger trucks from delivering. The freight company wanted to drop off our snowblower at the street in the rain and claimed it was somehow my responsibility to move the 350 lb pallet to our garage. Q Products did an excellent job resolving and getting it redelivered.
